Set above the sea of Falassarna, the project is conceived as a sequence of inhabited terraces emerging from the hillside. Rather than forming a single dominant object, the complex is divided into a family of low volumes that follow the natural contours, allowing the architecture to settle into the landscape while preserving a sense of privacy and openness.

Stone walls, planted roofs and Mediterranean vegetation extend the material character of the terrain into the built environment. Perforated screens filter the intense light, while shaded courtyards and passages gradually reveal the horizon. Each private unit opens towards the sea through generous terraces and pools that become extensions of the view.
