A House Turning Towards the Sea On the hillside of Falassarna, the residence unfolds as a low, elongated line that follows the terrain and gradually turns towards the bay. This shift in direction becomes the defining gesture of the composition, placing the shared living spaces and four bedrooms in a continuous relationship with the view, the light and the horizon. Rather than simply occupying the landscape, the architecture allows the landscape to move through it. Existing olive trees are preserved and incorporated into courtyards, passages and sheltered outdoor spaces, while stone, earthy tones and restrained shading elements shape a quiet, contemporary expression of Mediterranean living. A house that does not impose itself on the hillside, but traces its own path towards the sea.
